How do I get an appointment?

Specialist appointments are available to all patients with a referral from a physician. To arrange a consultation, please request a referral from your family doctor or walk-in clinic. Once our office has received your referral, we will get in touch with you with all of your appointment details!

What appointment options are available?

Health and safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure our patients, staff, and community are safe and protected during this time. We are currently offering appointments via Video-based Telehealth, and telephone. Our team will help guide you through step by step to ensure you get the care you need. 


If required, following your virtual appointment, appropriate and timely in person follow-up will be arranged once it is deemed safe to reopen. 

How quickly can I book an appointment?

Once your referral is received our staff works diligently to ensure our patients’ needs are met in a timely fashion. Urgent slots are available for patients with skin cancers and other emergent needs. If you have an urgent medical need that requires our attention, our staff is available to help. Your health and safety is our primary concern. During the COVID pandemic, our office is moving to a web and telephone based health delivery system. Medeo Telehealth provides us with the ability to videoconference with our patients, receive photos, messages, and provide our patients with the best available care.
